Yin Yoga

This therapeutic Yin practice session is heaven for beginners, yogis, people recovering from injuries, athletes and non-athletes alike. Yin opens the inner body and creates spaciousness and a feeling of rest and wellness. Done exclusively on the floor, this practice uses long holds with breath to open up the connective tissues—ligaments, cartilage and tendons to create optimal alignment and a deep experience of physical and emotional sanity and health.
