New Student Workshop

If you’ve ever wondered why 26+2 postures are different from another style of yoga or what’s the best way to prepare your body for class, this is the workshop for you! In it, Janna will lead you through:

  • Best ways to hydrate and prepare for a class
  • Recommendations for ideal mats, towels, and clothing
  • Common grips and positions in postures
  • How to best recover after a class
  • Why the class and studio are structured as they are
  • What’s different about our heat compared to other yoga studios

The 1-hour workshop is included in the Intro Month package and takes place every last Sunday of the month at 1:00pm. No heat! Just learning.
