Ice Bath/Breath Workshop

Eben Britton will lead our first ever ice bath experience on July 7th at stretch! If you’ve never experienced the challenge of getting into cold water, it’s a powerful way to develop your resilience and capacity to endure adversity. Ice tubs also activate brown fat tissue which triggers thermogenesis (boosts metabolism and burns belly fat). While there are many good reasons to get in the ice tub (especially after a hot yoga class), the best one is that you’re going to feel amazing: mentally, emotionally and physically. Class will be at 9am followed by the ice dip right after.
